Mr H, contacted JPK Design in order to obtain an outline planning approval for a residential development on his former builders yard site, in milton.
During our free consultation he informed us that it had been his ambition to build his own home. Mr H, a semi-retired builder, had built lots of properties for other people.
After much Persuasion, Mr H decided to live his dream!! Mr & Mrs H are delighted with their new house designed to suit their needs and to make the most of its canal side position by JPK Design.
