Work started early in 2011 following a long but successful battle with the Planners. The existing farmhouse required extensive refurbishment and structural improvements.
The size of the proposed extensions exceeded the councils allowance for extensions in the greenbelt, but a case was put forward for exceptional circumstances which was supported by the Local Authority Planning Dept. The project was completed in December 2011
